OnlyaClick (“OnlyaClick”, “we”, “us”) provides digital marketing and website services to businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through onlyaclick.com, our ads and our forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our website (for example the contact form or the Growth Scan), submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, or call, text or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address and anything you write in a message.
- Information from Meta. When you submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us the answers you submitted and which of our ads and forms you used. Meta may fill in some answers from your profile; you can change them before you submit.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit onlyaclick.com, our web servers and Google Analytics record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the site that referred you. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We also use the Meta Pixel, which uses cookies and similar technology to tell Meta when someone visits our site or sends us a form. Meta uses this to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show them to people likely to be interested, and may combine it with information it already has about you.
How we use it
- To answer your request and contact you about the services you asked about, by phone, text message or email.
- To provide and support the services you buy from us, and to keep records of our conversations with you.
- To understand how our website and ads perform and to improve them.
- To protect our website and forms from spam and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request, including with automated tools. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or tell us on a call that you would like us to stop calling. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything from us.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, our customer relationship management system, email, phone and text message providers, and analytics (Google). They may use it only to provide their services to us;
- with Meta, through the Meta Pixel described above, to measure our ads and decide who sees them;
- when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public; and
- with a buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including records of our business relationship with you, unless you ask us to delete it and we are not required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@onlyaclick.com or calling (321) 900-4138. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. You can control how Meta uses this information to show you ads in your Facebook ad preferences.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
