Meta and Instagram Ads
Meta ads are paid campaigns that run on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and the rest of Meta’s network, all managed from one Ads Manager account. We plan, build and run those campaigns for you, with the creative, the audiences and the tracking handled together. It is the paid side of our social media marketing services.
You get campaigns built around the leads or sales you actually want, and a plain monthly account of what the money bought.

What Meta and Instagram Ads Management Is
Search ads reach people who are already looking for you. Meta ads work differently: they reach people while they scroll their feed, watch Stories or browse Reels, often before they have started searching. That makes the ad itself do more of the work. It has to stop the scroll, explain the offer in a second or two, and give the right person a reason to tap.
Management means more than boosting posts. We choose the campaign objective that matches your goal, set up the audiences, write and test the ads, connect the tracking so Meta learns from real leads and sales, and adjust the budget as the results come in.
Who It Is For
Businesses whose customers can be reached by who they are and where they live rather than only by what they type into Google: restaurants, gyms, salons, medical and wellness practices, home service companies, event venues and online stores. It also suits a business with a new offer that few people know to search for yet, and any business that wants to bring past website visitors back.
Ads for housing, jobs, financial products and services, or social issues and politics fall under Meta’s special ad categories, where the targeting options are restricted. We tell you at the start if your ads fall into one and plan the campaign within those rules.
What the Engagement Includes
An account review
If you have run Meta ads before, a written look at past campaigns, objectives, audiences, ad fatigue and spend, so we start from what you already know rather than repeating it.
Tracking setup
The Meta Pixel on your site, the Conversions API where your platform supports it, and the events that matter to you (a form, a call, a booking, a purchase) checked and recording before any money is spent.
Audiences
A service area drawn around where your customers really are, prospecting audiences for new people, and retargeting audiences for site visitors, video viewers and people who have engaged with your page.
Ad creative
Ad copy and image or video ads sized for Feed, Stories and Reels, made from your own photos and footage where you have them, with several versions so we can see which message works.
Lead handling
A choice between Meta’s instant forms and a page on your own site, with leads sent to your inbox or CRM quickly so your team can follow up while the person still remembers the ad.
Monthly reporting
Spend, leads or sales, cost per result, which ads and audiences did the work, and what we plan to change next month.
How It Works, Step by Step
1. Consultation. We learn who your customers are, what a lead or sale is worth to you, your monthly budget, and what you have tried before.
2. Access and tracking. You keep ownership of your Business Manager, ad account and Page. You give us partner access, and we confirm the tracking records each conversion correctly.
3. Build and approve. We write the campaign plan and the ads and share them with you. Nothing goes live until you sign off.
4. Launch and learn. Campaigns start at a budget you set. We give Meta’s delivery system time to settle before judging an ad, and avoid frequent changes that restart that learning.
5. Refresh and scale. We retire ads people have stopped responding to, add new versions, and move budget toward the audiences and ads that bring real customers.
How to Measure the Results
Cost per lead or cost per sale: what each result costs, set against what that customer is worth to your business.
Lead quality: how many leads your team reaches and turns into real opportunities. A cheap lead that never answers the phone is not a good result.
Return on ad spend: for online stores, revenue from Meta campaigns divided by what you spent, checked against your own sales records as well as Ads Manager.
Frequency and creative fatigue: how often the same people see an ad, and whether its results are falling, which tells us when new creative is due.
Likes, followers and reach are reported, but we do not treat them as the goal. We also do not promise a set cost per lead: it depends on your market, your offer and your budget, and the first weeks are spent finding out.
How It Connects to Our Other Services
Meta and Instagram ads are part of our social media marketing services. Paid ads and day-to-day posting support each other, and our social media management service keeps your Page active for the people who click through to check you out. Many clients run Meta alongside Google Ads search management: Meta builds interest, and search catches the people who then go looking. When ads send people to your website rather than an instant form, landing page design and CRO helps more of those clicks turn into leads, and GA4 and conversion tracking setup lets you compare Meta with every other channel on the same terms.
Meta and Instagram Ads Questions
Is boosting a post the same as running Meta ads?
Not quite. Boosting promotes a post you have already published, with fewer choices about the goal, audience and placement. Campaigns built in Ads Manager let us choose an objective such as leads or sales, test several ads against each other, and use your tracking to find people more likely to act.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. Your Business Manager, ad account, Page, Pixel and payment method stay in your name, and we work through partner access. If we stop working together, the account, its history and its audiences stay with you.
Should we run ads on Facebook, Instagram or both?
Usually both to start, from one campaign. Meta can deliver the same campaign across Facebook and Instagram placements, and the results show where your leads and sales actually come from. We then shift the budget and the creative toward the placements that work for your customers.
