Our Birmingham Work: Ifediba Law Group
The starting point: Ifediba Law Group came to OnlyaClick to build its brand. The firm needed a new identity for an updated brand name, a modern website, and a search marketing campaign to widen its reach in organic search.
What we did: We designed a new logo that keeps the firm’s history and gives it a more modern look. We built a website that explains the firm’s services and background and invites visitors to request a free consultation. Then we added content pages for individual services, so the site could reach people searching for a specific kind of case, and supported it with local SEO and social media.
What changed: The firm moved from its previous site to a new brand and a responsive website organized around its services, shown here on desktop, laptop, tablet and phone. The before and after screens are in the full Ifediba Law Group case study.

How We Market Birmingham Businesses
These are the services we used on the Ifediba project, and the others we offer Birmingham clients:

Website Design
A Birmingham business website has to answer three questions quickly: what you do, where you do it, and how to reach you. We build sites around those answers, with a separate page for each service and a clear call or consultation button on every screen size. That is the approach we took for Ifediba Law Group.
Organic SEO
We research the terms Birmingham customers type, then write service pages and supporting content that match them. For a law firm, that means a page for each practice area instead of one long list, which is how the Ifediba site was expanded.

Local SEO and Google Business Profile
Google’s own help page says local results are mainly based on relevance, distance, and popularity. We set up and maintain your Google Business Profile, choose accurate categories, and make sure the name, address and phone number on your site match your profile and your other listings.
Social Media
Social media was part of the Ifediba plan alongside the website and SEO. We plan posts that match your brand and point people back to your site, so your social accounts support the same goal as your search marketing.

Pay-Per-Click Advertising
Organic rankings take time to build. When a Birmingham business needs calls sooner, search ads can fill the gap. We set the budget with you, write the ads, and track which searches turn into calls.
Reputation Management
Reviews affect whether a searcher calls you. We help you ask real customers for reviews and respond to the ones you get. We never write, buy or invent reviews.

One County, Two Court Divisions
Jefferson County’s circuit court is not a single courthouse. The Tenth Judicial Circuit’s own website says it “consists of the Birmingham and Bessemer Divisions.” For a law firm that serves the whole county, that is a practical detail worth building into its location pages: say which communities you serve and where you meet clients, in plain words, instead of repeating “Birmingham” on every line.
What Changed for Alabama Lawyer Advertising in 2026
On May 13, 2025, the Supreme Court of Alabama adopted amendments to Rules 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3 of the Alabama Rules of Professional Conduct, the rules that govern lawyer advertising. They took effect on January 1, 2026. According to the Alabama State Bar’s guide to the updated rules, published June 23, 2025:
Disclaimers: the general disclaimer requirement was removed, and a few shorter, specific disclaimers were added.
Testimonials: they must come from people with actual knowledge and personal experience.
Actors and results: actors may appear only as background participants, and results must be objectively verifiable and not misleading.
Records: a copy of every advertisement must be kept for six years.
For a Birmingham firm, that makes 2026 a sensible year to review its website: old disclaimer blocks, testimonials and results claims should each be checked against the amended rules. This is a summary for planning purposes, not legal advice. The rules themselves and the Alabama State Bar are the authority.
